Ingredients and details
Our house loaf: stone-milled wheat with a little rye and spelt, a long cold rise and a dark, blistered crust. Out of the oven at 7:30. Keeps for days in a cloth bag. Contains wheat, rye and spelt.
Storage and reheating
Best the day you collect it. Keeps overnight in a paper bag, never the fridge. To bring it back, four minutes at 180°C straight on the oven rack.
Pickup and changes
Collect from 7:30 at the side window, from 8:00 on Sundays. Change or cancel until 8 pm the night before from the link in your confirmation email.
