Eight thin layers of burnt honey sponge and sour cream, rested overnight so it cuts like velvet. Whole cakes to order with 48 hours’ notice. Contains wheat, milk and egg.
Storage and reheating
Best the day you collect it. Keeps overnight in a paper bag, never the fridge. To bring it back, four minutes at 180°C straight on the oven rack.
Pickup and changes
Collect from 7:30 at the side window, from 8:00 on Sundays. Change or cancel until 8 pm the night before from the link in your confirmation email.
