The first week he cut eleven heads. Nine were friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>The red door<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The door was red because the paint was free. It stayed red because people started giving directions by it. Twelve years and four coats later, it is still the only thing we are not allowed to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Five chairs, one rule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Today there are five chairs, five barbers and a waiting bench that has heard every story in the neighbourhood.
