Orders & shipping
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Express orders placed before 2pm ship the same day and arrive the next working day.
Yes, on every order over $100. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $6.
You can edit or cancel within one hour of ordering from your account page. After that, simply return the item once it arrives.
Sizing & fit
Our knits and tees run true to size with a relaxed fit. Tailored trousers are cut slim through the leg. If you are between sizes, size up for knitwear and down for trousers.
Most clothing runs from XS to 4X, and shoes from 5 to 11. The size selector on each product shows what is in stock.
Returns & exchanges
Return any unworn item with tags within 30 days for a full refund. Returns are free with the prepaid label in your parcel.
Start an exchange from your account and we will ship the new size straight away. Send the original back whenever suits you within 30 days.
Refunds are issued within 3 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse, back to your original payment method.
