Shipping<\/span><\/svg><\/a>
\n\n

Every lamp is packed by hand in the workshop and ships in 2 to 4 days. Shipping is free on orders over $150, and the cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves Troms\u00f8.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Returns<\/span><\/svg><\/a>
\n\n

You have 30 days from delivery to return a lamp. Send it back unused in its original packaging and we refund the full price once it reaches the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty<\/span><\/svg><\/a>
\n\n

Every lamp has a two-year warranty against faults in materials and workmanship. If something stops working as it should, tell us what happened and send a photo. We repair it, send a new part or replace the lamp.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Lamp care<\/span><\/svg><\/a>
\n\n

Dust shades with a soft, dry brush. Pleated cotton and linen do not like water, so skip the damp cloth and keep shades away from steam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wipe glass, steel and stoneware with a lightly damp cloth. Switch off and let the bulb cool before you touch the shade.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Bulbs and dimmers<\/span><\/svg><\/a>
\n\n

Every lamp ships with a dimmable 2200K bulb, the warm end of the scale, close to candlelight. Pair it with a dimmer made for LED bulbs for the softest glow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a bulb wears out, choose a dimmable LED at 2200K to keep the same warm light. Petal, our cordless lamp, runs 12 hours on a charge.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
