Saturday and Sunday only. A twice-baked croissant filled with pistachio frangipane, dipped in dark chocolate and buried in chopped pistachios. Contains wheat, milk, egg and nuts.
Storage and reheating
Best the day you collect it. Keeps overnight in a paper bag, never the fridge. To bring it back, four minutes at 180°C straight on the oven rack.
Pickup and changes
Collect from 7:30 at the side window, from 8:00 on Sundays. Change or cancel until 8 pm the night before from the link in your confirmation email.
