Delivery
Getting it to you
Delivery is complimentary on orders over 500. Below that, small items ship for 9 and furniture for 49. Two-person delivery to the room of your choice, with packaging taken away, is included on every sofa, bed and table.
Items in stock leave the workshop within three working days. Made-to-order pieces take four to six weeks, and we will give you a date when you order. You will hear from us the day before delivery with a two-hour window.
Almost always. Sofas arrive in sections, beds and tables flat. Every product page lists the largest packed dimension. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the tightest corner and we will tell you honestly.
Returns and guarantee
If it is not right
You have 30 nights. If a piece is not right in your home, tell us within 30 days and we will collect it and refund you in full. We only ask that it comes back in the condition it arrived. Made-to-measure pieces are excluded.
Ten years on every frame and joint, five years on mechanisms and upholstery, two years on lighting. Normal wear, which on oiled timber we consider a feature, is not a fault. If something does fail, we repair it first and replace it if we cannot.
Yes. We keep covers, cushions, legs and fixings for every piece we have ever sold. Email us the name of the product and roughly when you bought it.
Care
Looking after it
Wipe with a damp cloth, avoid harsh cleaners, and re-oil once a year or whenever the surface looks dry. Marks and small scratches sand out. We wrote a twenty-minute guide.
Yes. All linen and bouclé covers unzip and wash at 30 degrees. Air dry and put them back on while slightly damp so they stretch back to shape.
We do, for anything we have made, at any age. Bring it to the showroom or send photos and we will quote. Repairs under the guarantee are free.
