The Buffet Cabinet is a long, low sideboard in oiled walnut with three doors and an interior that is adjustable for plates, glassware and linen. The top takes a lamp, a vase and the evening’s bottle.
Push-to-open doors keep the front uninterrupted. Raised on slender legs so the floor runs underneath.

Our own two-person team delivers every piece, unwraps it, places it and takes the packaging away. Delivery is complimentary on orders over 500.

Dust with a dry cloth and wipe spills straight away. Oiled wood takes a fresh coat once a year, and every Halden frame can come back to the workshop for repair, for as long as you own it.

Air-dried timber, hand-cut joints and a finish you can renew at home. Every piece is signed by the maker who built it and is welcome back on the bench for as long as you own it.
Hand-planed edges
Soft to the touch and slow to wear. We shape every edge by hand before the first coat of oil.
Joined, not screwed
Mortise and tenon joints that tighten with time, so the frame outlasts the fabric many times over.
Natural fibres, undyed
Wool, linen and jute in their own colour. They soften with use and age without looking tired.
