When it arrives

A good first look.

Open the packaging and check the item and any included pieces. Read the product’s instructions and age guidance before the first playtime.

Keep the packaging and order reference while you check that everything is as expected.

If something needs attention

Keep the details.

Keep photographs of the item and packaging if there is an issue with an arrival. Return eligibility and arrangements depend on the store’s applicable policy and the item.

Check that policy and contact the store before sending an item back.
